We're two guys who love to talk—especially online. We'll talk sports, news, business, cars. We'll talk about the weekend, we'll talk about family, we'll talk politics. Heck, we'll talk about lunch if you let us. The topic really doesn't matter. As long as we're interested and you're interested, we'll talk.

Another thing we share in common? A knack for coming up with crazy new inventions, and we're constantly trying to one-up each other. So, one day, Greg and I were talking—go figure—and he asked a simple question: "When I go to a web site, why can't I see who else is there and chat with them?"

He went on to compare it to a brick and mortar store, pointing out that when you shop at, say, Home Depot, you can see the people shopping alongside you, browsing the aisles with you, or standing in line with you. You can ask questions about products, compare notes on projects, or just plain old shoot the breeze.

Why can't you do that when you're surfing a web site? Why can't you reach out and chat with someone who's interested in the same thing as you at the same time as you? Whether it's a live sporting event, celebrity gossip, or a heavy research subject—you're sharing virtual space with people just like you. There's no better time to strike up a conversation.

And so, in 2007 Chaggle was born with a mission to make our simple browser sidebar the perpetual conversation on the internet. And as long as our members keep talking, we'll be here improving Chaggle and adding even more features like Shout Outs, blogs, profiles, and crumbs. It's our passion to bring people together to connect and talk and a dream come true to create and work with Chaggle—so join us and let's start talking!
